The Opportunity

This role is based at our DC in Creastmead. This role will be Monday to Friday with ideal working hours 8am - 4pm however there would be some flexibility around this. 

What you’ll be doing

• Manage shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
• Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
• Lead and developing a high performing team
• Work effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
• Support excellence in customer service 
• Promote a safety first environment and ensure all incidents are accurately reported 
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes
