The Opportunity

We are opening a brand-new World Class facility in Swanbank, Ipswich to produce our new multi-beverage portfolio of drinks.

 

A key role in our operation, the Site Coordinator will provide our Manufacturing Operations Teams with administrative support and plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and organised operations of manufacturing specific tasks. This role will be varied, and it will interact with various stakeholders across the site and our broader network.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diary management and support for our site leadership team
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of various internal and external communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events for our manufacturing and logistics teams
  • Effective office management
  • Travel bookings, expense management
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including setting up  workspaces & providing necessary resources
  • Onboarding and related documentation of labour hire employees
  • Support key projects for Manufacturing Operations

What’s in your toolkit?

We’re looking for someone who will bring a positive, can-do attitude, approaching challenges logically and demonstrating strong attention to detail.

  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or related field (desirable)
  • Proven experience in administration roles – FMCG industry experience would be highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across the operation, at all levels
  • Excellent Learning Agility
