You will get the opportunity to work at a brand new state of the art facility at our greenfield site in Swanbank.

Initially this role will be a hybrid doing some project engineering then eventually solely focusing on leading capital works projects for our state of the art facility in Swanbank.

• End to end management of capital projects from scope through to completion
• Supporting the implementation of NPD and manufacturing capacity projects requiring engineering input particularly with regards to processing
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and
• Promoting a safety culture and identifying areas to improve safety
• Managing contractors and supplier, ensuring they are meeting their SLA’s
• Providing financial forecasting and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
• Performing design work including researching data and conducting feasibility testing

What's in your toolkit?

• Experience managing engineering projects from scope to completion
• Ability to management multiple projects and deliver on time and under budget
• Ability to easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to identify risks and mitigate the effect on the project
• Understanding of engineering standards across Australia and NZ
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
