The Opportunity

 

We have invested $400 million into our state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in Swanbank, Ipswich so there has never been a more exciting time to join our manufacturing team. This award-winning facility enables us to meet growing customer demand, strengthen our in-house capability, and create a platform for further innovation as a future-focused business.

 

We are after the best of the best, this exciting opportunity offers a chance to be a part of developing and producing our vast range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products. And in doing so you will be utilising brand-new world-class equipment, in a brand new and industry 4.0 Greenfield facility.

 

We are now looking to employ our next intake of Manufacturing Specialists to join our Beverage & Packaging team in a full-time capacity commencing in January 2025.

What you’ll be doing

  • Craft beverages to delight our consumers.
  • Utilise various Automated Processing Equipment to execute our daily / weekly / monthly targets in accordance with our Manufacturing Plan, including all deliverables and improvement initiatives to target KPI’s.
  • Actively participate in the care and Maintenance of our brand-new facility & equipment, through conducting autonomous Maintenance and assisting Engineering with all broader Asset Care requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities on the Manufacturing lines.

 

 

Are you up for it?

  • To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone who is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
  • Have high mechanical aptitude – drawing on your previous experience you will safely and effectively operate the beverage manufacturing processes and have the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate batching of process orders to meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Possess a high attention to detail, precision is crucial in measuring ingredients, monitoring equipment and ensuring product quality.
  • Be a Team player – great communication skills, you will collaborate with others to ensure all tasks are completed and processes are followed.
  • Be analytical & process oriented – you will interpret instructions and carry out tasks in line with the Standard operating procedures, including preventative maintenance as required.
  • Have a high focus on Safety – with a strong GMP and health and safety focus, you will ensure all procedures are followed to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Be dedicated and reliable – you’re able to perform repetitive and manual task with ease and be able to work across rotating roster.
  • Displays initiative and demonstrates aptitude to learn new skills.
