About your Role

Where Craft Meets Innovation

• You’ll be right in the mix—operating world-class equipment, crafting quality beverages, and helping us push boundaries in modern manufacturing.
• Operate high-speed, automated production and packaging lines with confidence and care.
• Help deliver production targets while keeping quality front and centre.
• Complete flavour and pack changeovers with precision and attention to detail.
• Spot issues, troubleshoot quickly, and help keep things running smoothly.
• This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work across shifts will be important.

Craft Quality in Every Drop

• Test, inspect, and monitor production to ensure top-tier quality.
• Champion our “All for Quality” mindset—because every can, bottle, and pack matters.
• Ensure everything meets GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Keep the Line Flowing

• Care for our state-of-the-art Swanbank equipment like it’s your own.
• Carry out Autonomous Maintenance activities, including cleaning and inspection.
• Help keep our new facility performing at its best, every day.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment (FMCG experience is a bonus!)
• Enjoy working with machinery, technology, and hands-on problem solving
