The Opportunity

This newly created role of Management Accountant is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility (currently under construction) will see you providing high quality financial support, administration and analysis to Manufacturing Teams at two manufacturing sites (one Australia & one New Zealand) and drive continuous improvement. 

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Building working relationships with manufacturing partners
  • Assisting commercial managers preparing monthly forecasts
  • Assisting with product costing and budgeting
  • Assisting with month end reporting
  • Ad-Hoc tasks (Balance sheet reconciliations, managing audit queries etc)

What's in your toolkit?

To enable you to hit the ground running in this role, you will have:

  • Accounting/Finance Tertiary qualification
  • Post qualification experience in an accounting or analytical role
  • Cost accounting experience/exposure is ideal
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills with strong communication skills
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible/agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania
  • Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome
