Workplace Services Assistant Manager

About your role

Support Workplace Services Manager to manage and monitor administration work as below continuously and effectively ensure they are well operated and maintained:

  • Company assets i.e., company car, fleet card, mobile phone & sim card, employee badge, office access card, other relevant items under Workplace Services function
  • The service under Workplace Services i.e., housekeeping, driver, messenger, receptionist, office management etc
  • Manage repair, maintenance, and maintain the office space and areas to be cleanliness and ready to operate
  • Contract management related to Workplace Services function
  • Coordinate with Building Management team and vendors for any related office service, maintenance, renovation, or movement if any
  • Handle reporting as per assignment to support Manager 

What You'll Do

Administration (Purchase / Internal office services)

  • Monitors the purchase of quality materials and equipment for company use and also monitors to ensure that all internal services can be completed within the time schedule with employee satisfaction
  • Manage overall office administration and purchasing, utilization of office's properties equipment/tools and other assets within the company
  • Lead a team of administrative drivers/messengers including coordinating on the front end by issuing various assignments
  • Taking full responsible of other administrative duties In Bangkok Office
  • Execute HR policies and to align with company’s strategy. Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively managing and controlling the company’s overall general administration as well as planning and controlling related budgets
  • Improve environment in working area to contribute the well-being, satisfaction and motivation of all employees by involvement in the Company activities
  • Monitor and ensure workplace safety, including electrical systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits
  • Providing the monthly expenses report relate to office admin activities and manage the office admin communication
  • Managing and monitoring the service contract which related to office admin operation
  • Supervise the work practice for Driver, Maid and Receptionist
  • Managing the company asset as long as the disposal and company tool item providing to the employee i.e. company phone
  • Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
  • Other responsibilities as per Company assigned

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in office management, general affairs, workplace services
  • Direct experience and familiar with the international company.
  • Knowledge in Thai Labor law.
  • Strong English and Thai verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong People management skills, HR Generalist background.
  • Strong communication skill to negotiable with all service provider and suppliers.
  • Well-developed administrative, team oriented and management skills.
  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid Thai driver’s license for private car
  • Knowledge of professional safety officer responsibilities related to office environments
