About your role
This role leads the development and deployment of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy across the Asia region. As a critical enabler of business performance, the position drives the adoption of RGM as a core capability to optimise pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investment.
Partnering closely with Business Units (BUs) and regional stakeholders, you will build scalable frameworks, strengthen RGM capabilities, and embed data-driven decision-making to unlock sustainable revenue and margin growth.
The role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership of RGM
Define the long-term RGM ambition aligned with overall business strategy
Develop the RGM strategic roadmap with regional leadership and BU teams
Build a repeatable, codified model to enable scale
Embed RGM KPIs and metrics into the business P&L
Anchor RGM strategy within Mid Term Plan (MTP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning cycles
Value Unlock through the 5 Lever Framework
Build and deliver initiatives using the RGM levers: Price, Pack-Price, Promotions, Mix, and Trade Terms
Cascade methodologies, playbooks, and guidelines across markets
Anticipate macro and competitive dynamics and propose proactive strategies
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
Embed RGM into decision-making through analytics and market intelligence
Capability & Governance
Strengthen RGM capability across Business Units through training, hands-on projects, and communities of practice
Accelerate adoption of best practices and evolve RGM playbooks
Establish robust governance, processes, and tools to embed RGM practices
Analytics & Insights
Build data-driven insights and advanced analytics capabilities for RGM across APAC
Champion analytics initiatives including elasticity, promo ROI, and assortment optimisation
Implement scalable tools and dashboards, ensuring strong data governance and standard metrics
Establish performance routines with clear targets and corrective actions

What You need to be successful

Significant experience in the relevant area and multi-country experience is required
- In depth experience for designing RGM and commercial excellence processes preferred
- A deep understanding of a diverse channel and customer base including General Trade and Modern Trade
- Strong understanding of Sales, Channel strategy and Execution, BU Operations
- Comprehensive understanding of RGM methodologies, processes and the data design to support analytics
- Ability to communicate very effectively with Region and BU ExCom level.
- Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
- Demonstrated deep business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in influencing, developing and or motivating people from diverse backgrounds and differing Channel and Trade background
