Trade Marketing Manager - Hyper, Super, Festive, Tourist

About your role

Lead the execution of strategic trade marketing initiatives for Hyper, Super, Festive, Tourist channel. This role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing channel performance, and delivering impactful activation programs to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. The position requires strong collaboration with key accounts, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans for Hyper, Super, Festive, Tourist channel, ensuring alignment with overall business and brand strategies.
  • Drive sales performance and operational excellence, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to enhance channel capabilities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities on exection and point of purchase within Hyper, Super, Festive, Tourist channel, leveraging insights to create innovative activation concepts.
  • Implement effective trade plan and execution to meet customer needs and maximize ROI.
  • Lead and supervise sales teams, ensuring alignment with Hyper, Super, Festive, Tourist channel objectives and capability development.
  • Monitor and evaluate regional activities and promotions, ensuring compliance and measuring effectiveness.
  • Manage territory budgets for trade marketing programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimize business opportunities and execution.
  • Champion continuous improvement in trade marketing processes and activation strategies.

 

What's in it for you

  • At least 5-7 years of direct experience in Trade Marketing for Modern Trade channel.
  • Experience in managing, tracking, and evaluating ROI on spending.
  • Strategic thinking with a broad business perspective.

  • Experience in category management and shopper/customer marketing with key retailers.
