Suntory Beverage & Food Thailand Co., Ltd. (SBFT) was established in 1974 when the first factory opened in Nonthaburi Province and expanded production capacity to support the rapid growth and demand for products in the market by building new factories at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and Pinthong Industrial Estate in Chonburi Province. In 1990, the company became as part of the Suntory Group, which invested heavily in manufacturing technology and brought its own history of innovating healthy beverage, food and supplement products, and bringing them successfully to market.
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for sales channels. The role includes driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and exploring new business channels to achieve sales targets
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for GT, MT, or OTC channels.
- Drive sales performance, ensure effective execution, and manage daily operations.
- Collaborate with distributors, particularly focusing on enhancing trade capabilities.
- Explore and establish new business channels.
- Gather and analyze consumer and customer insights to inform action plans for specific territories.
- Conduct gap analysis and work with the sales team to develop corrective actions.
- Develop and recommend effective trade promotions to meet customer needs.
- Guide and supervise the sales team, ensuring alignment with channel objectives.
- Monitor regional activities and promotions, ensuring compliance and evaluating performance.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the territory budget for marketing programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Facilitate effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimize business opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Economics.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within GT and MT channels in FMCG.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
