Trade Marketing Activation Executive

About your role
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans focusing on driving Big Nationwide campaign. The role includes driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and exploring new business channels to achieve sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Lead National Activation campaigns project collaborates with Sales, focusing on long-term growth and campaign success
- Managing part to support the development of product development eg. the creation of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring brand consistency
- Work with trade activation and trade brand to align strategies, manage and execute channel-specific campaigns, and prepare reports on channel performance
- Support related work for trade brand and trade activation
- Drive sales performance, ensure effective execution, and manage daily operations
- Explore and establish new business opportunity, using data with insight into action plan
- Gather and analyze consumer and customer insights to inform action plans for specific territories
- Conduct gap analysis and work with the sales team to develop corrective actions
- Develop and recommend effective trade activities to meet customer needs
- Monitor regional activities and promotions, ensuring compliance and evaluating performance
- Facilitate effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimize business opportunities

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within GT and MT channels in FMCG
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
