Team Lead - Away From Home, Non Restaurant
About your role
- Work closely with AFH Head to develop a yearly account plan (AOP) to identify potential new business/customers to support overall Thailand Bev AOP growth agenda
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods for group of Non-Restaurant customers/key accounts
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers
- Ensure customers are complying contract requirements
- Work closely with the MEM team to ensure timely post-mix installation and efficient operation
- Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- List in new product / innovation to key assigned accounts
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 7 years' experience in FMCG & Key Account Management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
