Shopper Insight Assistant Manager

About your role

  • Provide shopper, category, and competitor insights to support Category and Sales team in strategic plans and AOPs
  • Monitor channel, category, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities and shopper-led actions as well as evaluation of marketing mix – Pack Price and Promotion
  • Translate insights into planogram recommendations to optimize in-store visibility and category performance.
  • Serve as the Shopper Insight lead for NCB portfolio (e.g., RTD tea, RTD coffee and Energy Drinks)

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or statistics
  • Over 2 years of proven experience in research fields (Tracking, Quantitative and Qualitative research)
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
