Senior Manager - HRBP - Marketing & Indochina

About your role
To serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to assigned business units, including Marketing and Indochina, supporting leaders in delivering people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment. The role ensures consistent, inclusive, and effective people practices across diverse functions and geographies.
What You'll Do
- Partner with functional leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Contribute to organizational design and change management efforts
- Provide guidance on restructures, redeployment, and role classification
- Champion initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and alignment with company values
- Support employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Manage performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment agreements
- Assist in leadership development and coaching for managers
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including competency assessments
- Contribute to HR policy development, training programs, and process improvements
- Lead or support cross-functional HR initiatives such as DE&I, digital transformation, and wellbeing
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within FMCG business
- Good English communication skill
- Strong knowledge on HR strategy and processes
- Good stakeholder management skills and strong in maintaining relations
- Business savviness and understanding trends and developments in the area of focus
- Ability to steer on business outcomes
- Knowledge on ER
- Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operations and solutions
