In 1990, the company became as part of the Suntory Group, which invested heavily in manufacturing technology and brought its own history of innovating healthy beverage, food and supplement products, and bringing them successfully to market.
The role Senior Manager, CoE Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end to end recruiting activities for contract and permanent professional positions in Thailand for Suntory Beverage and Food Thailand, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management and onboarding. The role is based in Bangkok.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, People and Culture Business Partners, vendors, and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
- Develop a thorough knowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity
- Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies, including Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Reviews employment application and background check reports. Maintain accurate documentation on all stages of hiring process.
- Participate actively in the regional Talent Acquisition projects
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned
Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline.
- Min 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house capacity.
- Exposure to FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Ability to tie strategic sourcing solutions to business imperatives and talent agenda
- Deep internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
- Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and procedures
- Must possess the ability to influence as a strategic consultant
- High level of executive maturity that enables one to develop strong client partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in both English and Thai languages is required.
