Senior Manager - CRM & MarTech

The purpose of this position is to be at the intersection of marketing, commercial & technology teams to define and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, best practices, tools, technologies, and measurement systems.

The role covers the entire gamut of tech-enabled marketing services ranging from brand & campaign website management to ad-tech, to consumer data, to eCommerce tools and content among others.
The candidate in the role is expected to bring hands on expertise, thought leadership, very good knowledge of the CPG best practices and the ability to influence BU teams without direct reporting lines.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in state-of-the-art technology around Marketing Technology, Ad Tech (Including digital and offline media understanding), CRM, Consumer Data, Loyalty, Ecommerce 
  • Has the ability to drive deep partnership with Marketing to drive end-to-end campaign planning – creative inputs to role of digital to execution
  • Brand Website & Campaign Website Capabilities and Technologies. For example: CMS, Analytics, DAM, PIM, Tag Management, Website UX
  • Digital Advertisement Capabilities, Formats and Technologies. For example, deep understanding of digital platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, Respective Ad Formats, DSP/SSP, Ad Networks, Landing Page Optimization, Entry Form Optimization, Search Engine Optimization
  • Social Media Marketing Capabilities and Technologies. For example: Brand’s Official Account Management, Campaign Platform Management, Social Listening, Influencer Marketing
  • CRM, Voice-of-Consumer, and related Data Management Technologies. For example: Consumer Call Centre/CTI, Loyalty System, Chat Bot, Consumer Data Platform, Consumer ID Management, PII Data Security, Marketing Automation, Consumer Insight Analytics
  • B2C E-Commerce Capability & Technologies. For example: EC Subchannel Understanding, Digital Shelf Management/Analytics/Optimization, On-Prem Search Optimization (organic search & sponsored search), Trade Expense Management, Revenue Management Knowledge (Promo, Trade Term, Price, Mix and PPA management), Understanding of various Route-to-Market Models, Omni-Channel Facilitation across MT/TT/EC Channels, Joint Business Planning with EC Retailer/Platformer
  • Project Management Skills and Experiences - Project Planning and Project Delivery (Scoping, Prioritizing, Budgeting, Business Case, Resource Management, Schedule Management, Risk/Issue Management, Deliverables Management)

Skills and Experience

  • Deep expertise in Digital Marketing, MarTech and eCommerce areas\
  • Platforms – Consumer Data Platform, Content Management Platforms, Analytics, SEO, Digital Media, Marketplace, Bricks & Clicks, Direct to Consumer eCommerce, PIM, DAM
  • Ability to hold discussions with CXO/Excom level stakeholders and ability to influence the future state vision including consumer engagement
  • Ability to execute passionately on the above areas and drive BUs towards excellence in Digital Marketing and eCommerce
