Senior Manager,Business Transformation

Job Summary :

The Business Transformation Senior Manager will play a key role in advancing Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand’s transformation agenda, supporting the Business Transformation Director on the S/4HANA migration and broader business transformation initiatives. The role will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track progress against milestones, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution. Additionally, this role will prepare regular project updates, provide solution recommendations, and lead assigned project discussions under the guidance of the Business Transformation Director.

Accountabilities :

•    Support the planning and execution of major transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migration and broader business transformation projects.
•    Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across all transformation workstreams.
•    Coordinate with Regional Program Office, external partners, and local functional teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution.
•    Prepare presentations, updates, and briefing materials for Steering Committees, leadership meetings, and other governance forums.
•    Assist in identifying and assessing new transformation opportunities, including preparing high-level business cases and benefit analyses.
•    Support change management and communication activities to build understanding, engagement, and adoption of new systems and processes.
•    Provide day-to-day program management support to the Business Transformation Director, helping to drive structure, discipline, and follow-through on key actions.

Skills and Experiance:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, change management, and/or consulting (FMCG industry experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within standards, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capability, including translating business needs into clear project requirements and partnering with IT on design, testing, and deployment.
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready updates and lead effective meetings.
  • Familiarity with business transformation and change management methodologies; PMP certification or consulting experience is a plus.
  • Brings structure, discipline, and clarity to complex transformation programs while building trust across regional and local teams through proactive communication and reliable delivery.
