Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Transformation

About your role

The Sales Strategy and Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate growth, and enable commercial excellence within their responsible region. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Route-to-Market (RTM), Trade Marketing, Sales Technology, and IT—to activate, support, govern, and implement transformation programs that align with business objectives and regional dynamics

What You'll Do

  • Regional Strategy Activation: Translate national sales strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring alignment with local market conditions and business goals.
  • Transformation Program Execution: Lead the deployment of sales transformation initiatives, including process redesign, digital enablement, and capability development across the regions.
  • Governance & Compliance:  Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution, performance tracking, and adherence to company standards—such as People Capability Standard, Distributor Operation Standard, and Market Execution Standard. This includes setting clear guidelines, monitoring compliance, and enabling continuous improvement across regional sales operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RTM, Trade Marketing, Sales Technology, and IT to ensure seamless integration of tools, processes, and data across the sales ecosystem.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Develop and maintain regional dashboards and KPIs that align with company focus areas such as Perfect Store, Cooler, ASO, SKU to monitor progress, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure data-driven decision-making by providing timely and actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, transformation, or commercial excellence roles.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Experience working in FMCG or consumer goods industries is a plus.
  • Have experience of leading sales team / unit
