Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management

Revenue Growth Management(RGM) is the creation, extraction & retention of value by everyone making the right choices for the consumer/shopper, customer and SBF. The purpose of this position is to realize our RGM vision; “Fuelling sustainable, profitable growth for good”. Our scope is building our RGM muscle through best practice and capability, embedding it into the organizational DNA and building a governance model to enable the effective delivery of our results. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies, identifying new growth opportunities, building capability, and ensuring the successful execution of RGM projects and operational initiatives across BUs.
The role can be based in any of our APAC locations.
Job Responsibilities
Delivering our expected results with BUs by;
- Creating strategy and defining priorities partnering with BUs
- Providing frameworks, templates, and tools to support BU execution and course correction
- Partnering on execution of key strategic projects
Build our RGM Muscle across SBFAP by;
- Sharing best practices & playbooks leveraging our RGM global communities
- Driving excellence in the 5 RGM levers (ie; Design Pack Price Architecture, Find and realize Optimal Price, Drive Hero SKU mix, Optimize Promo & Trade Investments)
- Enhancing multi-functional capability, such as integrating RGM & RTM instore through 5-Ps Plans
- Supporting in delivery and facilitation of capability programmes
- Enhancing our RGM Community engagement and facilitate connection and sharing of best practices across the SBFAP region and broader SBFI
Embedding RGM into the organizational DNA by;
- Establishing Structure, RGM council, upskill capabilities
- Developing Digital Enablers (ie Dashboard & TPM) with Bus
- Providing guidance on best practices across people (including incentive structures), process, and digital IT enablement
Skills and Experience
The successful incumbent should possess the following
- RGM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in revenue growth management practices.
- Significant experience in RGM or relevant role, such as business strategy, strategic planning, market analysis, commercial finance, sales, or related role. Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, are preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute RGM strategies.
- Leadership skills: Leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change within the organization
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, statistical software, or data visualization tools
- Communication and Collaboration skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate RGM strategies, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Industry Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the market dynamics within the relevant industry
