Senior Manager, Platform & Business Development
Accountabilities:
Strategy & Planning
• Support strategic planning by partnering with the Senior Marketing Manager to align brand, digital, and platform strategies.
• Integrate with sales teams to plan for, and track, platform customer growth.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives across channels, with priority on restaurant platforms and food-related occasions.
Digital & Consumer Engagement
• Lead digital strategy and platform development, integrating creative, content, and media with technology to drive consumer engagement and optimize platform performance.
• Partner with agencies and platform developers to deliver seamless consumer engagement and enhance Pepsi’s role as a food expert.
• Drive restaurant-channel platform growth, managing platform upgrades, user experience improvements, and backend integrations to deliver a seamless merchant and consumer experience.
Campaign & Innovation Execution
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure platform campaigns are aligned with brand, digital, and platform strategies.
• Manage innovation projects end-to-end and ensure on-time launches to support growth.
Insights, Tracking, and ROI
• Leverage data and insights to track platform performance, monitor brand equity, and drive data-informed decisions for campaigns and merchant initiatives.
• Ensure robust tracking of key programs across platform development, customer acquisition and engagement, and consumer acquisition and engagement for maximum effectiveness.
Cross-Functional & Commercial Support
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen merchant acquisition & partnerships, co-develop activation strategies, and enhance platform tools to support restaurant partners.
• Drive the platform growth agenda, ensuring customer growth and customer quality, from target list formation to acquisition and post-acquisition tracker
• Manage cross-functional innovation projects, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery with clear technical, operational, and commercial workflows.
• Enable trade and sales teams by providing marketing and platform solutions to drive better consumer engagement and stronger in-market activations.
Skills and Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or platform-based businesses; experience with food aggregators, restaurant platforms, or digital ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record working with digital developers to build/optimize consumer engagement platforms, CRM, or loyalty program
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable platform and marketing strategies.
• End-to-end brand and platform management experience, from strategic planning to execution and performance tracking.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills, capable of managing cross-functional initiatives and driving timely execution.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with marketing teams, sales teams, and external partners to strengthen merchant relationships.
