Senior Manager, MEM DC

About your role

Directing all MEM DC on inventory of spare parts and equipment management (goods receiving, issuing, stock take, provision or write off), replenishment programs of spare parts and equipment, cost control on refurbishment of asset equipment and spare parts at all Marketing Equipment Management (MEM)  DC and in-house activity to comply 5S concept and HSE, spare parts and equipment internal transfer with cost control as MEM budget

 

What You'll Do

Job Description

  • Lead and set up inventory management of the spare parts process with internal and external parties

  • Execute the strategic inventory plan and control processes to align with the MEM’s objectives and activities

  • Maintain and balance inventory as required by Sales TT & OP demand plan, maintenance and service team, and customer requirements

  • Manage inventory positions for the equipment, both coolers and post-mix machines, as well as spare parts, to provide a monthly summary report according to the internal control process and inventory policy

  • Ensure equipment and spare parts are set up for the minimum, maximum, and reorder point in SAP

  • Ensure that all warrantable equipment and parts are returned to suppliers for claim on a timely basis and in accordance with the supplier's equipment and parts return policy

  • Manage spare parts orders and issues requested by the maintenance and repair service team on a timely basis

  • Report to MEM Manager any sub-standard conditions that lower efficiencies, degrade product quality, affect safety, or cause equipment failure

  • Organize and ensure that all DC stores and working environment in responsible areas comply with MEM’s workflow, 5S concept, and HSE’s policies and procedures

  • Ensure the work process complies with MEM GCS and prepare the documents for audit in a timely and correct manner

  • Manage overall MEM DC to support equipment or spare parts availability for the field service team

  • Ensure the usage of spare parts in repair is effective and reasonable in the in-house MEM process

  • Work complies with MEM’s policy, workflow, and under HSE regulations, with awareness according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), and Company Usage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to the company

  • Execute the projects from the job assignment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Warehouse Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a workshop or related field

  • Minimum 5 years on inventory management

  • Good management role and knowledge of the physical warehouse process

  • Able to travel to distribution centers (DCs) in upcountry locations

  • Process-oriented and having an eye for details

  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork spirit

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and presentation skills

  • Good command of English skills
