Senior Manager, Field Execution

About your role

 

  • Lead the Field Execution team to ensure flawless in-store execution, including strong compliance, high shelf and display standards, and minimized out-of-stock (OOS) situations. Maintain strong engagement with Key Account Managers (KAM) and store operations in Makro.
  • Execute capability development plans for Supervisors and Merchandisers as per the agreed roadmap. Lead and build capability plans for FE Assistant Managers and Supervisors across Cash & Carry (C&C) and Convenience Store (CVS) channels.
  • Provide timely market information and actionable insights to support SPBT in winning opportunities and improving overall business performance.
  • Lead the Cheer Girls team to ensure the right capability, focus, and support to deliver targets in alignment with KAM and the Channel Development Team.
  • Expand responsibility scope beyond Makro to cover total C&C and CVS customers. Manage 3 direct SPBT reports and drive incremental volume coverage from 32.77 MM Std RC to 36.06 MM Std RC.
  • Recommend and implement the right people structure, roles & responsibilities (R&R), and incentive programs (if applicable) to enable better business performance, efficiency, and talent retention.
  • Lead the Perfect Store execution project with multi-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery. Utilize this project to enhance in-store execution quality, particularly in CVS, by strengthening capability across tools (e.g., Zeen), people, reporting, and translating results into next S-curve improvement plans.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in selling FMCG or consumer-related products
