Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Category & Shopper Insight is responsible for:
- Proactively monitoring and analyzing performance and trends within category in order to identify, highlight issue and opportunities that supports the business to Sales team
- Leading the "Perfect Store" process and Picture of Success guideline by segmentation
- Preparing accurate Category, Channel, Shopper, Customer data and analysis that will assist Sales team to develop shopper based “selling stories” for customers
Job Responsibilities
- Assess category performance by using shipment data, scanned data, and proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth
- Apply shopper and trade insights to develop recommendations for Picture of Success : product, pricing, promotion and placement by retail environment
- Conduct pre and post analysis of nationwide promotions
- Drive category growth and initiatives in each trade channel
- Lead category management project with key customers
- Develop merchandising guideline and “Must list SKU” for each trade channel
- Analyze sales data, off take, scanned data, and proactively develop action plan for growth
- Develop prototype plan-o-grams for each trade channel and specific account
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of Business experience in Trade Marketing and Sales/KAM.
- Experience in category management and shopper/customer marketing with key retailer
- Ability to think from a broad business perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth.
- Strong analytical skill
- Good interpersonal Skill, can work effectively with others
- Good command of written and spoken English
