Senior Manager, Category Development

About your role

Lead and own 360 brand activation strategy across categories, driving category leadership and sustainable growth. Accountable for setting strategic direction, leading cross-functional alignment, and delivering category vision across all key channels and segments for carbonated soft drinks portfolios.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the multi-functional commercial process in development of category strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brand categories by increasing the demand at retailer and distributor level. Focusing on commercial fundamentals; New Product Development (Launch & Relaunch), Pack Price, Go-to-Market Plan with channel strategy and KPIs
  • Be partner with marketing to joint agree on the marketing plan - Initiate pack price solution to drive business performance, align on assumption and execution plan with cross function: supply chain, trade marketing and sales to ensure perfect launch.
  • Work with Revenue Management on Pack Price Architecture by channel to drive incremental NRR by leverage category insight
  • Closely work with Trade Marketing and Sales team to develop strategy for execution and lead the implementation of strategy for category sustainable growth
  • Ensure successful execution and implementation of GTM, integrated programs (existing & new products), in alignment with sales & marketing functions.
  • Understand and Analyze on Market Situation to identify for the Business Opportunity in term of Channel and Portfolio Mix. Closely work with Insights team as Strategic Thought Partner for driving insights to action through deep analytics of the category, macro-trends, and competitive landscape, 5Ps, and shopper trends.
