About your role

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead Brand Marketing and Innovation across the region. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our brand, driving growth, and delivering meaningful impact through innovation.

 

In this role, you will:

 

Lead brand development initiatives to achieve key business objectives, in close partnership with the Director of Brand Development.
Craft and execute compelling brand strategies that strengthen brand equity and resonate with our audiences.
Drive integrated communication plans and lead the development of regional campaigns.
Develop and manage the innovation pipeline, including New Product Development (NPD) and Change Management (CM) projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Do

What You’ll Lead:

  • Brand Strategy Development
    Take ownership of shaping and executing brand strategies that drive long-term growth and market relevance.
  • Consumer-Driven Communication
    Lead communication planning from insight to execution, ensuring every touchpoint builds brand equity and resonates with target audiences.
  • Mid-Term Business & Innovation Planning
    Define and drive the roadmap for core business growth and innovation, aligning with commercial priorities and consumer needs.
  • New Product Development (NPD)
    Oversee the NPD pipeline, ensuring launches are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
    Work closely with internal teams, local markets, and agency partners to align efforts and deliver integrated brand experiences.
  • Budget Leadership
    Manage brand budgets with a strategic lens, ensuring resources are optimized to support growth and innovation.

What You need to be successful

Education & Experience

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Around 10 years of experience in brand or product management, ideally with a global FMCG brand.
  • Strong familiarity with the Asia market landscape and consumer dynamics.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies such as the FDA is a plus.

 

Core Skills

  • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Skilled in uncovering and applying consumer insights to shape brand direction.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
  • Well-versed in marketing fundamentals and brand-building practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
