Senior Manager, AFH Development
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Sales strategy team and RSM to develop a yearly account plan (AOP) to the SPBT standard for local accounts within the territory
- Set clear performance expectations to achieve growth in terms of sales volume and number of Pepsi outlets. This will include aligning Senior Management on equipment, pricing and Key Accounts marketing to achieve company’s sales & profit objectives
- Lead region team in the execution of AOP programs including the preparation & implementation of marketing initiatives & service
What's in it for you
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 5 years' experience in FMCG
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
- Strong sales skill ideally with prior experience in FMCG & retail
- Manage discounts and allowances.
- Understand eateries business.
