Senior Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead team to manage overall Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), G&A Non-Sales, overall Operating Expenses (OPEX)
• Responsible for leading and co-ordination with ExCom and related cross function to prepare and submit business performance review including MBR, BoD, SBFA/SBF ExCoM as well as reporting package required by Suntory and Pepsico
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Mid Term Plan (MTP) on CAPEX & FCF related to CAPEX, G&A Non-Sales and Overall OPEX for Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand
• Manage robust Rolling Forecast process on CAPEX & FCF related to CAPEX, G&A Non-Sales and overall OPEX. Drive data quality and forecast accuracy at 75% or better

Skills and Experience

• BBA in Finance / Accounting / Engineers and Master degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG and Manufacturing exposure.  3-5 years in Finance manager position with people management exposure
• Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in budget / forecast process and variance analysis
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structure and cost drivers
• Experience in project analysis and strong technical knowledge on CAPEX control, Cash Flow, IRR, NPV and payback
