About your role

Lead Country Market Demand and improve Channel/Customer Demand & Supply with cross-functional team, drive the market demand planning process by using KPIs & other measures to support and ensure that at strategic and operational level the Demand & Supply Planning team is aligned with the priorities and activities of the business and other functions.

What You'll Do

Forecast Management

• Lead and support category demand team to develop uncostarint forecast with cross functional team (Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales) to produce a scientifically based operational forecast and annual business plan, in order to advise and challenge senior management when agreeing the overall business forecast
• Manage process of consensus forecasting and IBP where analyse on channel/country level and produce forecasts for planning by coordinating regular reviews and gap analysis (Consensus Meeting and IBP) with Generating Demand stakeholders to achieve a consensus and coordinated actions in future plans
• Review of Promotions / New Products Forecasting – Challenge and raise concerns on promotion and NPD forecast provided by MKT/Trade Marketing/Sales and discuss on cannibalization with based items
• Leading the proactive action and countermeasure which identify action plan to improve future forecast accuracy with MKT/Trade Marketing/Sales
• To discuss and develop action plan for clearance stocks 

Inventory Management

• Review and set the target of optimal level of inventory holding annually and monthly to align with company business direction
• Manage stock replenishment planning, inventory management, PIPO, and stock exceptional cases
• Lead to optimize inventory leve in specific circumstance regarding market and customer uncertainty (Delist/Discon) to minimize write off cost

Reporting

• Provide Country/Channel/Categories analytical of 18 month rolling forecast and analyse gaps between sales histoirical, demand forecast, and trade inventory impacting to mid-long term foecast to enable discussion of business gap plan closure
• To identify root cause and solution improving on OOS, high inventory, and aging list to minimise on write-off
• To identify root cause and  solution improving FCA and FB analysis by sku, PGA level, Channel/Country level
• Other responsibilities as per Company assigned

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economic or any related
• Direct experience more than 3 years in Demand & Supply Planning role
• Functional expertise in the area of Demand & Supply Planning, including exposure to SAP is a plus
• Strong in analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Good command in English and communication skills
• Good communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Pro-active and positive attitude
