About your role

he Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the SVP, People & Culture and Corporate Affairs.
This role is pivotal in enabling the People & Culture and Corporate Affairs functions to drive global people strategies, culture transformation, and corporate affairs initiatives across diverse markets.
The EA acts as a trusted partner—ensuring seamless operations, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and alignment with the company’s vision of fostering inclusivity, innovation, and sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

Executive Support   SPBT

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare high‑quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings, board sessions, and external engagements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and resolve scheduling or operational challenges.

Strategic Coordination

  • Support the execution of People & Culture and Corporate Affairs priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track progress of key initiatives, KPIs, and deliverables; provide timely updates to the SVP.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with HR, Communications, and internal/external partners.
  • Assist in cascading recognition, communications, and culture-building strategies across global teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the function with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, speeches, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration and information flow across regions and business units.

Operational Excellence

  • Organize leadership offsites, town halls, and employee engagement events.
  • Manage document systems, vendor coordination, and basic budget tracking.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, corporate governance requirements, and sustainability commitments.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
