Job Summary

The Sales System Support Specialist is a customer-focused professional responsible for processing sales and ensuring client satisfaction. The job responsibilities include identifying potential clients, maintaining order databases, and updating prospect lists. This role involves assisting the sales team and providing essential support for effective sales operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the relevant data governance policies and procedures. 
  • Action on Systems maintenance in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Improve function and Systems by getting feedback from users 
  • Support the periodic review and correction of system data setups. 
  • Troubleshoot and provide basic user support and escalate technical issues to IS and Accenture
  • Provide System Training for new Frontline and AS&D staff.
  • Maintain Database for DMS, SAP BI, and related application.
  • Support Ai Photo recognition implementation and improve UX, UI as well as database management.
  • Initiate Route planning template and working process to develop Rerouting plan.
  • Implement Route planning program to improve Route efficiency.
  • Familiar with tools such as DMS (Accenture), AI Photo recognition program & Virtual Route planning software

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a DMS specialist in FMCG industry.
  • DMS knowledge, Database management, Systematical thinking, and understanding of hardware and software systems.
  • Good in Speaking and Writing English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong service-minded and willing to support out of working hour from time-to-time
  • Mobility (Travelling 25%)
  • Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
