Sales System Assistant Manager
About your role
Responsible for providing technical support and expert consultation for the sales system ecosystem, including DMS, RPM, SAP, BI and the Zeen system. This role focuses on troubleshooting field issues, maintaining the absolute integrity of the sales database, and executing the upload of sales route plans and configuration of promotion settings. coordinates with Verismart, deployment of sales hardware to ensure all field tools are correctly configured, maintaining backend data consistency for smooth daily operations and reliable commercial reporting.
What You'll Do
System Administration & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues related to DMS, RPM, SAP, BI and Zeen for the internal sales team and external distributors.
- Act as the first point of contact for system bugs, errors, or connectivity issues, escalating to the IT department or external vendors when necessary.
Database Maintenance & Data Integrity
- Maintain the Master Data to ensure 100% accuracy in the system.
- Ensure data consistency between the DMS, RPM and internal reporting systems to provide accurate commercial insights.
- Perform regular data cleansing and validation to prevent duplicates or errors in the sales database.
- Monitor data synchronization between the field devices and the backend server to ensure real-time reporting accuracy.
- Support to Integrate multiple sources of information with ensure compliance with the data governance policies.
- Support the periodic review and correction of system data setups.
Hardware & Tool Management
- Coordinate directly with Verismart for the end-to-end setup, software staging, and deployment of sales tablets, handhelds, and printers.
- Maintain Asset database.
Promotion set up
- Collaborate with internal departments for business process relevant to creating promotions on systems
Training
Provide System Training for new Frontline and AS&D staff.
What You need to be successful
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS).
- Proficiency in DMS, database management, and hardware/software systems.
- Promotion Logic Configuration, with the ability to translate complex commercial mechanics.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel & Attention to Detail
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Service-minded with a willingness to support outside of regular working hours.
- Mobility: 25% travel may be required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
