SAP COE Manager (PM, PP, QM)

Job Summary

  • To provide SAP-PM/PP/QM and its relevant applications support in day-to-day business operation and initiative in SBF TH & Indochina including SWETH, in line with Suntory Global and Regional direction to its best performance.
  • Work closely with SAP COE Lead, Business and Global/Regional IT in Manufacturing Area to ensure SAP-PM/PP/QM and related core applications are efficiently utilized, aligned with local BU expectation, and all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

  • Integration of PM/PP/QM with other applications outside SAP e.g., LIMS, Optiva, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), 3PL-WMS.
  • Act as SAP Manufacturing domain (SAP-PM/PP/QM) expert to provide technical solution and evaluate solution provided by 3rd party service provider.
  • Perform feasibility studies and prepare proposals, including business cases for Manufacturing domain (SAP-PM/PP/QM).
  • Ensure application support process and procedure are followed and comply with defined service level agreement. 
  • Establish and maintain business partner relationship with Manufacturing Key Stakeholders for both internal and external BU.
  • Be a gatekeeper for all SAP Manufacturing-PM/PP/QM integration with other application.
  • Lead change management for SAP-PM/PP/QM related.
  • Initiate improvement/new idea to support business operation and SAP User knowledge in their domain (not limited to SAP).
  • Support SAP digital transformation and automation.  
  • List of SAP Modules and Other applications in scope may change each year depending on Global/Regional/business direction.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management, Engineer, or MBA.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in SAP Implementation and Support (ECC and S4HANA/ Fiori with global template/rollout concept is preferable). 
  • Knowledgeable in SAP-PM and SAP-PP/QM both configuration and business process. 
  • Experience in design and handle SAP-PP configuration in one of Discrete, Repetitive, Shop Floor or Process Manufacturing.
  • Experience in design and handle SAP-QM configuration for Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Equipment Calibration and Quality Control in procurement, production and outbound delivery for Sales.
  • Experience in design and build integration between SAP-PM/PP/QM with relevant applications e.g., LIMS, Optiva, MES, 3PL-WMS, RPA.
  • Intermediate knowledge in writing functional specification, debug and understand ABAP Language is a plus. 
  • Understanding CPG, FMCG or Foods and Beverages Industry Business is preferable.
  • Deep understanding in one or more business operations domain (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, engineering asset management)
  • Understanding of Enterprise and IT organizational goals and objectives.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead adoption and sustainment of change.
  • Ability to drive execution across various departmental and regional stakeholder groups.
  • Organized, the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Thai & English.
  • Able to travel upcountry and overseas.
  • Fast learner and self-motived.
