Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing execution and business performance in the assigned sales territories by monitoring sales fundamental thru distributors’ sales force to equip in market with professionalism. Also, ability to managing existing stores, develop new stores and monitoring on numeric distribution to ensure a positive sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Sales Performance: Collaborate closely with Route Supervisors and Pre-Sales/Cash Van teams to ensure business objectives are met. Focus on maximizing sales-in to stores, monitoring off-take, and driving distribution according to business directives. Maintain visibility of in-store products in alignment with trade marketing guidelines.
  • Training and Coaching: Enhance professionalism and performance of distributor sales teams through comprehensive coaching and training initiatives. Monitor operations and processes of Pre-Sales/Cash Van operations, including itinerary setting to optimize store coverage and visit frequency. Set and monitor visit and call targets, strengthening relationships with active outlets.
  • Monitor route effectiveness, including new store openings, to ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure excellent in-store execution, scaling up potential stores to credit customers for sustainable growth.
  • Drive wider and deeper distribution coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales/Van teams to enhance upselling skills.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experiences of Salesman in FMCG business
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Have driving license and able to work upcountry
  • Able to work under pressure
