To lead, manage and develop the assigned frontline sales team and merchandizer team to deliver business objective i.e. to grow volume and revenue by Coverage Management, Range developing in existing accounts/opening new accounts/Store Assortment. Also, to grow SPBT company’s business fundamental i.e. Distribution, Visibility to grow market share in the responsible region
What You'll Do
Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio
Set SMART objectives, consistent with overall MU/Region/Area goals, for each CR team member and merchandizer team member
Coverage Management: To expand new outlet in area and together manage outlet with CR & BT such as route optimization, Merchandising and execution in store
Working along with ASM, and ADC to develop and ensure route profitability as well as sales growth opportunities as per market needs
Develop strong relationship with customers within assigned territory
Ensure team discipline on POS execution standards, including frequent POS checks
Maintain physical presence to monitor execution/ensure understanding of customer’s needs
Monitoring DA for delivery 100% to customer
To manage CR for protect company assets (AR, equipment, signage.) within territory
Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions at POS
Focus Distributor team members on territory opportunities and scoreboard results
To ensure make Big 3 (Team meeting, 1 on 1, Work With, Field Work) with CR and BT
Maintain records of coaching calendar, WORK*WITH objectives and progress
What You need to be successful
Bachelor’s Degree required
Prefer experience 1-5 years in leading FMCG, or Beverage
Good coaching, training skills
Handling objection and negotiation skills
Good computer literate especially MS. Excel
