Route Supervisor

About your role

This position is responsible for driving execution and business performance across assigned sales territories by monitoring sales fundamentals through the distributors’ sales force, ensuring market readiness and professionalism. The role also includes managing existing stores, developing new store opportunities, and overseeing numeric distribution. Additionally, it ensures compliance is embedded within in-store execution guidelines to support consistent and positive sales outcomes. 

What You'll Do

1. Monitor Sell-Out Performance

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure business targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with AS&D Pre-Sales and Cash Van teams to drive sales-in to stores and monitor store-level off-take.
  • Focus on both in-width and in-depth distribution aligned with channel-specific business strategies.
  • Ensure in-store visibility in line with trade marketing guidelines through daily gate meetings.

2. Coach and Develop Distributor Sales Teams

  • Provide coaching and training to distributor sales teams to enhance professionalism, sales processes, and selling skills.
  • Monitor operational KPIs including ASO, VOP, AEO, SKU/store coverage, geofencing, and FMO across Pre-Sales and Cash Van operations.
  • Oversee itinerary planning and routing to ensure optimal store coverage and purchase frequency, revising plans as needed for efficiency.
  • Track visit and call targets, continuously strengthening active outlet engagement.
  • Manage store coverage per route plan, including new store openings, to ensure route effectiveness and delivery cost efficiency.
  • Ensure excellence in in-store execution, focusing on Hero SKUs, merchandising guidelines, and POSM compliance.
  • Identify and scale up potential stores to become credit customers for sustainable growth.
  • Expand distribution coverage in each area to maximize sales potential.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales and Van teams to enhance selling capabilities.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks on vans to prevent fraud.

3. Other Responsibilities

  • Comply with company regulations and all implemented standard systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

What You need to be successful

  • At least 2 years experiences of Salesman in FMCG business  

  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills  

  • Computer literacy  (MS office)

  • Able to work under pressure  

  • Have driving license and able to work upcountry  (Suphanburi, Kanchanabui, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom)
