About your role

Strengthen distributor process of Route plan management and optimize cost of delivery through technology of territory planner and dynamic dispatching of Road net which will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of distributor model to ensure sustained distributor profitability.

What You'll Do

• Work with sales team to build digital route plan of each route by using Territory planner software of Road net.
• Conduct rerouting every quarter.
• Update route plan in DMS every 2 week.
• Driving governance on route compliance through route KPI

  • Jump call
  • Outlet per route
  • Outlet per day

• Road net dynamic dispatching - drive the efficiency of logistic and reduce the transportation cost of AS&D
  • Be part of the implementation team for Road net dynamic dispatching to install program, set-up parameters, and simulate the delivery route scenarios
  • Train and develop the logistic team of AS&D to run and leverage Dynamic dispatching program by themselves and periodically provide training refreshment
  • Be an expert of Road net dynamic dispatching to provide solution to AS&D staff 
• Facilitate hardware tools for distributor operation i.e.
  • CR handheld

• Fair command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Good analytical skill
•  Minimum 2 years in supervisor and leader experience
