Regional Sales Manager - North

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of  company’s strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding etc., with Head of Traditional Trade
  • Provide ongoing coaching to all ASMs within the Region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
  • Working along with GTM manager to develop infrastructure required for distributor/ sales growth opportunities within the region
  • Control and monitor distributor ROI, subsidy and incentive budgets and review distributor and route performance KPI’s thru the ASMs

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 7 years' experience in FMCG
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good leadership skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
