Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of company’s strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding etc., with Head of Traditional Trade
- Provide ongoing coaching to all ASMs within the Region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
- Working along with GTM manager to develop infrastructure required for distributor/ sales growth opportunities within the region
- Control and monitor distributor ROI, subsidy and incentive budgets and review distributor and route performance KPI’s thru the ASMs
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 7 years' experience in FMCG
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good leadership skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
