RGM Manager
Job Summary
Revenue Growth Manager play a pivotal role in driving sustainable, profitable revenue growth within our Modern Trade (MT) channels. Reporting to the RGM Senior Manager, you will drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies, foster a brand-centric RGM culture within the organization, and enable the Sales team to achieve targets using insights and analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Pricing and Promotions: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and promotion guidelines tailored for MT channels to deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Empower the MT Sales team with actionable insights to make informed, data-based decisions that drive targeted financial outcomes.
- Commercial Spend Evaluation: Critically assess commercial expenditures and provide strategic solutions to meet AOP objectives.
- Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Optimization: Execute initiatives to optimize PPA, ensuring sustainable and profitable revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, Commercial Excellence team, Trade Marketing team, Sales Operations team, IBP and Demand Planning team, Finance team, and Regional teams (SBF APAC) to align strategies and initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (ability to build impactful relationship with stakeholders).
- Cross functional mindset.
- Strong data analytics capability.
- Persuasive presentation skills.
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.
