R&C OP Accountant

Job Summary :

Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting, accrual and settlement of D&A transaction for On-premise customers.

Job Responsibilities :

D&A operations, accounting and reporting:
•    Maintain of OP sales condition term list and calculate monthly OP customer rebate / support / incentive for accrual
•    Verify R&C claim document and settle rebate agreement into SAP.
•    Prepare and submit monthly rebate agreement report to sales and follow up accrue long age items
•    Prepare detail accounts break down and reconciliation
•    Maintain close / reversal rebate agreement

D&A analysis
•    Provide raw data to manager for OP R&C analysis and support on information related to R&C

System Process & Control:
•    Checking for accuracy of promotion set up in DMS
•    Verify and reconcile water invoice purchase from supplier against sales invoice
•    Checking completeness of authorization for shop type change in DMS
•    A first contact point with OP customer to provide sales information, rebate and confirmation
•    Ensure smooth and timely complete activities relate to month end closing, detail break down and reconciliation

Skills and Experiance :

•    Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
•    3 years relevant experience or more
•    SAP knowledge & Advanced Microsoft office skills
•    Good communication skills
•    Ability to focus on detail and to work under pressure
•    Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions
