Job Summary

People Excellence Advisor/Agent is to be the service oriented face to the business receiving, answering and dispatching customer requests; independently performs general supporting tasks/processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide P&C administrative and transaction support to different customer groups.
  • Documents all inquiries (phone calls/requests) and escalate complex cases to appropriate Tiers.
  • Manage general P&C Services processes like employee data, org charts, P&CIS and enabling technology queries, vendor management, voluntary separation, talent and learning admin, compensation and benefits admin.
  • Meets defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to process, policy and systems inquiries.
  • Supports ad hoc projects and activities related to P&C department.
  • Be the first point of contact regarding all employee queries and perform transactions in P&C systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between employees and other P&C service Tiers including Local People Excellence Team and CoE Specialist Services and support the escalation of issues to BPs and COEs as needed in line with the operating, service delivery and governance models.
  • Maintain and Provide P&C Metrics: Track and analyses data regarding staffing, retention, turnover, exit interviews, and other necessary information and provide insights for people decisions Meet defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to process, policy and systems inquiries.
  • Assists in the continuous development and improvement of information and processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Possess strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and P&CIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholders in P&C and business
  • Knowledge of fundamental P&C practices including employee data, talent, learning, performance, recruitment and compensation
  • Strong organizational, time management skills
