P&C BP Director Act as a strategic People & Culture (P&C) partner to the Sales function, providing proactive and insight-driven HR leadership to support business performance and people growth. Also, lead P&C BP- None commercial and P&C BP - Marketing & Indochina to deliver talent solutions, workforce planning, organization development, and engagement strategies that align with company and each department goals.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute the People Strategy aligned with business transformation and growth plans
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across functions on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational agility and transformation
Drive performance-based culture and employee engagement strategies
Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching programs
Ensure robust learning and development frameworks to build functional and leadership capabilities

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across all levels
Embed organizational values and foster a culture of belonging and psychological safety
Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant
Monitor and manage people-related risks, including employee relations, pay equity, and legal compliance
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align HR practices with business needs
Represent the P&C function in senior leadership forums and governance bodies
Lead and coach a team of 2 P&C Business Partners to deliver high-quality support to assigned departments to ensure their development, engagement, and alignment with overall P&C strategy.

What You need to be successful
Master’s degree in human resources, Organization Development or any related field.
At least 10-15 years+ professional experience in HRBP, Talent Management, L&D, Employer Engagement.
Working experience in fast paced environment, preferably i.e. FMCG would be an advantage.
Work well under pressure, can manage multiple activities simultaneously, and re-prioritize efforts when plans change, or the need arises.
Result oriented, strong leadership skills, and well disciplined.
Fluent in English
Strong knowledge on HR strategy and processes
Good stakeholder management skills and strong in maintaining relations
Business savviness and understanding trends and developments in the area of focus
Ability to steer on business outcomes
Knowledge on ER
Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operations and solutions
