In 1990, the company became as part of the Suntory Group, which invested heavily in manufacturing technology and brought its own history of innovating healthy beverage, food and supplement products, and bringing them successfully to market.

 

The Media & Digital Senior Manager will 

  • Lead media strategy and drive synchronization & optimization of efficiency across PGAs
  • Drive learnings & best practices on media & digital ecosystem across teams
  • Build team capability on media & digital functional knowledge

Job Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for the following

  • Strategy Development: 

Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals, with a focus on the media ecosystem.

  • Media Ecosystem Management: 

Oversee the integration and optimization of various media channels (online & offline), ensuring a cohesive and effective media strategy.

  • Consumer Data Utilization: 

Leverage consumer data to ensure targeted and personalized marketing efforts.

  • Campaign Investment Optimization: 

Manage and optimize campaign investments to maximize ROI, using data-driven insights to allocate resources effectively.
Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including websites, social media.
 

Skills and Experience

The successful incumbent shall possess the following

  • At least 7-8 years of experience in media & digital management for mass consumer products
  • Strong drive for result 
  • Strong people and mental agility
  • Strong communication and influencing skill, both in Thai and English
  • Good planning and analytical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skill
  • Experience in working with multi-national teams
