About your role
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of the assigned brand portfolios, drive consumer-centric innovation, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans. This role is pivotal in shaping long-term brand equity, accelerating market growth, and influencing cross-functional business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the annual brand plan, including vision, objectives, strategies, and KPIs aligned with business goals
- Ensure the assigned product group to achieve sales and market share targets within the allocated marketing budget
- Champion consumer insights and collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to guide innovation, positioning, and communication strategies
- Plan and execute end-to-end product launches in the local market, including go-to-market strategy, media planning, and retail activation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful rollouts
- Oversee brand architecture, positioning, and identity across all touchpoints
- Ensure consistency and excellence in brand execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and product launches
- Lead the team on development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, collaborating with media, creative, and digital agencies
- Align marketing initiatives with commercial teams to ensure synergy between brand strategy and sales execution
- Partner with cross-functional team to ensure marketing strategies are feasible, profitable, and scalable
- Manage marketing budgets and track KPIs including brand health, market share, and campaign effectiveness

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- At least 10 years’ experience in marketing/brand management of mass consumer products - FMCG experience will be advantageous
- Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation, and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Team management skills
