Manager, Trade Marketing - MT and OP

About your role

What You'll Do

Business Development
•    Plan events and activation campaigns to and ensure each Brand meets the business objective
•    Work closely with Marketing team, Trade Marketing team and Sales team to develop Annual Objective Plan 
•    Create initiatives, trade activities and work with key stakeholders to drive sales, profit and brand visibility
•    Set clear performance objectives and measurement criterion for market development

Activation / Execution Management
•    Develop market initiatives which support channel growth
•    Manage agencies for any locally required support material in line with the agreed channel and brand plans to deliver and drive execution in market
•    Manage events & activation in market to serve both customer and company agenda
•    Set SMART KPIs for each event and activation including evaluate, analyze success and improvement for the next campaigns
•    Lead and guide team on operation and project management
•    Working closely with key customers & Sales to provide market and customer insights to drive performance

Marketing / Promotion Communication
•    Identify opportunity and develop trade program to deliver business objective
•    Establish communication tools & process summarizing all initiatives to the field execution team after aligning with Marketing team
•    Develop sell in decks, POS material, customer specific mechanics, and premiums if required for each type of activity by working closely with Category Development Team
•    Work with sales team to ensure effective of trade program execution and POSM utilization in keeping with the KPIs and activity plan
•    Define and leverage channel insight, competitor update & channel opportunity into trade program plan and execution


Financial Control
•    Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of trade marketing budget and control to execute aligned trade activities within given budget
•    Manage trader marketing budget both D&A, A&P and accuracy planning to execute the plan as per strategy
•    To ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company

What You need to be successful

  • Strong experience in Trade Marketing

  • Experience in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-Commerce is preferred

  • MBA in Business Administration is preferred

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills

  • High level of maturity with strong influencing skills

  • Good command of English
