Manager, Trade Marketing - In-Store Design

About your role

What You'll Do

 Design & Development 
•    Create and adapt POSM, displays, and activation materials that reflect brand strategy while fitting trade channel requirements. Ensure alignment with global guidelines and local needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 
•    Act as the design interface between Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring in-store executions serve both shopper needs and business priorities 

Execution & Quality Control 
•    Manage agencies, suppliers, and production vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient outputs. Conduct in-market checks to validate execution standards.

Innovation & Shopper Experience 
•    Introduce new formats, materials, and sustainability practices. Track competitor best practices and recommend shopper-relevant design innovations.

What's in it for you

What You need to be successful

•    Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related.
•    8-10 years’ experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or in-store design.
•    Strong understanding of design and production processes (POSM, print, digital).
•    Vendor and project management experience with proven delivery under tight timelines.
•    Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
