Manager, Trade Audit Compliance

Job Summary:

Analyze trade spending & conduct distributor / trade audit and partner with Sales team to ensure proper D&A (Discount & Allowance) spending comply with promotion scheme, trade control procedure and improve trade internal control.

Job Responsibilities :

•    Ensure trade control procedures are adequate, effective, and compliant with distributor agreements and company policies.
•    Conduct assigned distributor and trade audits to assess the effectiveness of trade controls.
•    Analyze D&A and trade spending to verify compliance with promotion schemes and control procedures.
•    Summarize audit findings, provide recommendations, and develop action plans for distributors.
•    Collaborate with Sales to monitor action plans and manage consequences.
•    Prepare and present audit reports and action plan updates to management.
•    Develop and refine trade control procedures and checklists.
•    Partner with Sales to implement best practices from other markets and drive process improvements.
•    Support secondary sales compliance and DMS system controls as required.

Skills and Experience :

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics.
•    Strong technical knowledge in control and auditing.
•    3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience; auditing experience preferred.
•    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
•    Demonstrated ability to partner across functions.
•    Proficient in English 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Detail-oriented, able to prioritize, and perform under pressure.
•    Willingness to travel upcountry.
