About your role
What You'll Do
• Support Sr. Sales Capability Manager. in preparation and finalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Develop an annual capability calendar for SPBT & distributor’s sales team
• Rollout SPBT best practices to Sales team
• Develop and Track performance of capability KPIs to measure and track performance in order to identify key areas for improvement
• Support development program of new Sales team and coaching them to understand Suntory PepsiCo business, TTOM, Territory University and distributor operation
• Maintain a presence in the field to follow up on implementation. Highlights strong performers and identify areas of improvement
• Develop a mechanism to map the sales functional capability of all TT sales team and develop an action plan to address it
• Coordinate the implementation of the strategic training platforms with each functions:
• Lead the development of the TT Capability Agenda
• Review the implementation and establish corrective plans as necessary
• Track best practices results (process measures, performance KPIs, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Strong cross-functional collaboration required to align stakeholder expectations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role or business development-related position
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with strong presentation abilities
- Results-driven with a strong focus on follow-through in implementation, ongoing involvement, and reviewing results to ensure business needs and targets are met
