About your role
To drive winning in-store presence for Suntory Pepsico's products across Convenience Store (CVS) by maximizing visibility, availability, and execution excellence with optimal cost efficiency. This role ensures best-in-class sales field execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and disciplined merchandise team management to deliver superior shopper impact at point of purchase.
What You'll Do
In-Store Execution & Visibility Excellence

Develop and implement cost-efficient execution plans to maximize Pepsi product presence, visibility, and competitive advantage in CVS stores.

Ensure brand equity compliance across all in-store touchpoints, including display standards and shopper communication materials.

Enable direct and effective shopper communication at point of purchase to drive conversion and brand impact.
Sales Field Execution & Store Performance

Secure execution excellence across assigned key Modern Trade (CVS) customers.

Drive disciplined execution standards to ensure consistent availability, visibility, and planogram compliance.

Monitor store-level performance and proactively address execution gaps.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a key execution partner to Key Account Management and Trade Marketing teams.

Coordinate execution priorities to ensure alignment between customer plans, promotional activities, and in-store execution.

Support seamless translation of commercial strategies into store-level execution.
Merchandise Team Leadership & Management

Accountable for end-to-end management of merchandise teams to ensure execution excellence in stores.

Provide clear direction, performance coaching, and ongoing execution follow-up.

Ensure field teams operate efficiently and effectively within approved cost structures.
Availability & OOS Management

Closely monitor store-level availability and drive actions to minimize Out-of-Stock (%OOS).

Work with relevant teams to ensure timely execution and corrective actions to protect sales and shopper experience.
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

5-7 years of experience in FMCG or consumer-related sales, execution, or merchandising roles.

Proven experience working with Modern Trade / CVS platforms preferred.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
