About your role
What You'll Do
• Mange, coordinate and control the activities of all relevant for internal and external with stakeholders in MEM field service activity at responsibility area.
• Manage, control and develop MEM’s vendors to achieve the MEM’s objectives and activities relate in field and customer expectation in responsibility area.
• Tracking MEM’s vendor performance to achieve MEM’s target and work with MEM’s vendor on action plan as needed.
• Engagement with Sale team and MEM ’vendor for checking performance by GEMBA process.
• Control the inventory management in field service is available and accuracy against with SAP
• Closely work with MEM DC team for prepare equipment and spare part.
• Ensure spare part usage in field service is reasonable and cost control
• Control all activity follow MEM’s SOP, safety and quality regulation
• Report to Senior MEM Execution Manager and dot line to MEM safety manager.
• Other job assignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service maintenance
• Good communication skills, problem solving, team oriented and service mind.
• Good command in English.
• Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP and Power Point
