Local Activation Executive
About your role
The Local Activation Executive will lead execution of local brand activities in assigned areas, manage relationships with customers, monitor local activation teams, coordinate event logistics, work closely with local sales team to plan the event and products ordering, and ensure effective training and sampling activations. This role aims to enhance brand visibility, penetration and ritualization and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
What You'll Do
- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of local brand activities
- Client & Agency Management: Manage relationships with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event activations
- Product Availability: Ensure product availability at the activation location by fulfill products in current customers’ store and exploring new outlets around the location
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including ordering, storage, and transportation of event materials
- Training & Sampling: Ensure effective training and sampling activations, including managing sampling agencies and ensuring they meet staffing needs
- Budget Management: Work with line manager to manage the local event activation budget
- Data Management: Ensure compliance with data capture processes and timely submission of data reports
- Adhere company regulations and all implemented standard system
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales or In-Store Execution
- Proven experience in event planning, brand activation, or a similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and agency management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to travel up country 3 - 4 weeks per month
